When a client's payment information needs to be updated, you can do this on their behalf directly through their store account using the Help Client feature in vRxPro. The right path depends on the situation: use checkout when you're actively placing an order, or go to the wallet when you simply need to update the card on file.
Step 1: Access the Client's Account
- Open vRxPro and navigate to the Client List.
- Locate and open the client's profile.
- In the top right corner of their profile, click the blue Help Client button.
This gives you access to the client's store account so you can act on their behalf.
Step 2: Choose the Right Path
If you are placing an order for the client: Update the payment information during checkout. As you proceed through the order, you will be prompted to enter or update card details before the order is submitted.
If you only need to update the card on file: Navigate directly to the client's wallet within their store account. From there, you can add a new card or replace existing payment information without placing an order.

- Always use the Help Client button — do not attempt to update payment information from the client profile itself.
- Confirm the correct card has been saved before exiting the client's account.
