When transitioning to vRxPro® from another online store, it is important to ensure that your clients continue their AutoShip subscriptions through vRxPro.
vRxPro allows you to upload a list of AutoShip subscriptions from your prior online store to review and send to your clients to order.
How it works
Upload the list
- First, obtain a list of active AutoShip subscriptions through your current or prior online store.
- Next, send the list to your Clinical Growth Advisor (CGA) or vRxPro Trainer.
- Once the list has been uploaded, you will be notified by your Trainer or CGA.
Review AutoShips
Prior to sending the AutoShip orders to clients, it is important to first review each item for accuracy and missing information.
- Click Bulk AutoShip Upload from the left-navigation menu.
- A banner will display at the top, letting you know how many AutoShip conversions require review prior to submission.
- Use the drop-down menu at the top to filter by status.
- Statuses include:
- Ready to Submit: All fields are filled.
- Needs Attention: Fields are missing information.
- Submitted: Email has been sent to client
- Statuses include:
Tip: Don’t wait to submit all at once. First, filter by Ready to Submit and review and submit those items first.

- Click the information i button under the ACTIONS column to collapse or expand additional client, patient, and AutoShip details.
- Based on the information in the list of active AutoShips you provided from your previous store, some, or all, fields will be filled out.
Edit details
- Missing information will be displayed in red.
- Click the edit pencil button under the ACTIONS column to update the fields.
- In the Edit slide out, update the fields as needed and click Save.
Delete AutoShips
If an AutoShip on the list is no longer needed, you can delete the item.
- Click the trashcan icon under the ACTIONS icon to remove the item from your list.
- Click Delete in the confirmation pop-up.
Submit AutoShips
Once all details have been reviewed and the AutoShip order is ready to be sent to the client.
- Click the blue paper airplane send button under the ACTIONS column to send the AutoShip order to the client.
- The client will receive the following email:
- The client will then click the Transfer AutoShip button and be redirected to the storefront to either place their order immediately or schedule a future AutoShip for when they need the product next.
- Once the client places the order, you will receive a pending Client Request if additional approval is required.
