At Covetrus®, we greatly value insights and suggestions from our users as they help us improve and enhance our applications. By letting us know what friction you’re experiencing and which problems you’re trying to solve, we’re able to learn what you want and why it’s important so we can build a better experience for you, your colleagues, and your staff.
Why Provide Feedback
Nobody knows more about what you need than you do. While we can study, observe, and make assumptions, we rely heavily on hearing first person accounts about what it’s like to live in your shoes.
For this reason, we encourage you to tell us where we can better serve you so that you can better serve your patients. No idea is too big or too small!
How to Provide Feedback
There are a number of ways to provide feedback throughout vRxPro®, both general and targeted. Here are a few you may see:
Feedback Portal
The Feedback Portal is a great place to submit general feedback, as well as see other ideas currently on our minds.
- Click the blue question mark to open the Resource Center.
- Select Share Feedback.
- Click the button at the top to Give Feedback.
- Browse ideas in the Under Review section. These items are currently Under Consideration, In Development, and Recently Released.
You can provide additional feedback on ideas that are already suggested.
- Select the item and click the corresponding button if you feel it is a Must Have, Nice to Have, or you are Not Interested.
Feedback Button
When we’re looking for feedback around a certain area, often a new feature or one we’re considering working on, you’ll see a Feedback button on the page.
- Select the
button and complete the short prompts to help us learn more about your experience.
What Happens to Feedback
All feedback collected, whether through the Resource Center, practice conversations, your Covetrus team members, or data & analytics, is consolidated to a centralized area for evaluation and review.
Each piece of feedback is carefully reviewed by our team to understand the needs and experiences of our users. We use this information to identify areas for improvement, prioritize features, and make informed decisions that align with our product vision.
While we strive to consider all feedback, we acknowledge that it is not feasible to build everything, so not all ideas will come to fruition. Our goal is to evaluate what will best support the majority of users and identify trends that will guide our roadmap.
Closing the Loop
If your feedback relates to an idea that we’re considering or actively developing, we might contact you to conduct further research with you. We might occasionally invite you to a call or email exchange, either through in-app communications or through email. There's no obligation to take part in this research.
At this point it is not possible to respond to all submissions directly, though we’re working every day to identify new ways to communicate and close the loop.
We also have an ideas portal, which you can use to see the areas that we're investing in. Here, you can add your comments and votes to ideas that we’re considering for discovery and research, as well as share other feedback.
