The Conversion Summary provides an overview of all products purchased during the given period, based on the issue date of the prescription or authorization.
This report allows you to
- Follow up on ProScripts that have not converted into orders.
- Track ProScript activity for your veterinarians or staff.
- Identify opportunities for conversion rate improvement.

The Conversion Summary Report includes the following data:
Client/Patient Details:

Prescription Details:
| MC Number | Prescription number |
| Rx Approval Date | Date prescription/authorization was issued |
| SKU | Covetrus SKU # for purchased product |
| Product Name | Product name |
| Product Quantity | Quantity of product prescribed |
| Rx Authorizing Vet Name | Name of veterinarian on prescription or authorization |
| Rx Method | Where the prescription/authorization was entered: E-Prescribe, Fax, Mail, Phone, or PIMS_Rx |
| Rx Origin | Practice (ProScript), Competitive (Rx Came from Outside Pharmacy checked), Pet Owner Pending (Client Request), or Practice Renewal |
| Legal Category | Prescription, Over the Counter, or Approved Over the Counter |
| Treatment Category | Disease Management, Acute Care, Preventative, Supplement, or Diet |
| Product Category | Detailed product category (i.e. Ophthalmic, Allergy, Antibiotic/Fungal/Bacterial) |
Order Details:
These correspond to the first order placed against the prescription/authorization. If blank, no order has been placed.
