For custom reporting needs that fall outside of the monthly reporting cycle, users with Reporting permissions can pull and export data for a particular date range. Orders and updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on each report.
Note: Custom Reports are pulled on demand and are not reconciled. For financially reconciled data, please see your standard Monthly Reports.
To access Custom Reports:
To access the Order Summary, Conversion Summary, or Payout Detail report, complete the following steps:
- Go to Reporting and select Custom Reports from the left navigation menu.
- Select the date range from the Order Date field.
- Select the Report Type from the drop-down menu. (See below for more details on each report type.)
Exporting Custom Reports
To download the report:
To download the Order Summary, Conversion Summary, or Payout Detail Report, complete the following steps once the report is open:
- Hover over the upper right corner and select the ellipses (…) .
- Click Export data.
- Select Data with current layout and click Export. (Click here to learn more about exporting data.)
- The file will be in the Downloads folder of your computer.

FAQ
Why am I getting a “Sign in” screen?
The analytics tool that powers these reports times out after 10 minutes of inactivity. If you encounter a “Sign in” screen, the page has been inactive for greater than 10 minutes. Simply refresh the page to get back in – you do not need to sign in again.
