Daily Summary presents a single consolidated view of high‑priority items immediately at login, eliminating the need to navigate multiple screens. It surfaces overdue tasks, key trends, and follow‑up priorities in one place to help the practice act quickly and stay focused.
Review the summary to prioritize expiring renewals, high‑priority client requests, and prescriptions that expired without renewal.
Cards are organized into two categories:
- Clinical - Action‑driven workflow items such as pending client requests, and renewals.
- Insight – Data‑driven trends based on existing practice data, including week‑over‑week comparisons of prescription volume or shipped order revenue.
Accessing Daily Summary
Daily Summary automatically appears at the top of the vRxPro homepage each time a user logs in, providing immediate visibility into items that may require attention.
- No configuration or setup is required—this feature is enabled by default and available to all users at
launch. - The content refreshes automatically based on recent practice data, ensuring the information shown is
current and relevant without any manual action.
What does it show?
Daily Summary displays cards only when action or attention is needed. If queues are healthy and trends are
stable, fewer—or no—cards may appear, indicating that everything is on track.
- Each card in Daily Summary can be snoozed when it is not immediately relevant, allowing the
practice to temporarily clear items without losing visibility. - Cards can also be hidden to simplify the view and reduce on‑screen clutter.
- As actions are taken in vRxPro—such as approving prescriptions, responding to client requests, or
renewing scripts—Daily Summary refreshes automatically ensuring the information remains accurate.
