Your veterinary hospital can request printed marketing materials to share with clients through your vRxPro online pharmacy account. These materials help promote your hospital's online pharmacy to pet owners and encourage them to refill prescriptions conveniently online.
Please note: Brochures are no longer available. The current material options are postcards and stickers.
Who Can Submit a Request
Only users with Settings Administrator permissions in the vRxPro platform are authorized to request marketing materials. If you do not have this permission level, contact your practice's vRxPro administrator to submit the request on your behalf or to have your permissions updated.
Available Materials
Postcards
Postcards are a practical, client-friendly handout that can be given at checkout or included with prescription pickups. They direct pet owners to your hospital's online pharmacy for easy prescription refills and account setup.
Stickers
Stickers are a compact, eye-catching option that can be applied to prescription bags, discharge paperwork, or other materials your clients take home. They provide a quick visual reminder of your online pharmacy.
Important Ordering Rule
Postcards and stickers cannot be ordered at the same time. Each request must be submitted separately — one material type per order. Plan accordingly if your hospital needs both.
How to Submit a Request
- Log in to the vRxPro platform with your Settings Administrator account.
- Navigate to Settings and locate the marketing materials section.
- Select either Postcards or Stickers — not both.
- Complete and submit the request form.
