In the event an employee leaves the practice or no longer needs a vRxPro® User Account, a User Administrator can deactivate their account.
To deactivate a user:
- Go to Practice Settings and select User Management from the left navigation menu.
- Locate the user’s account and click on their Name.
- Navigate to the User Details card and turn the Active User toggle OFF.
- Click Deactivate to confirm the action.
Deactivating a user will remove their ability to login and remove any pending or approved delegate relationships.
Note: If the user you are deactivating is a veterinarian, any active prescriptions they have written will remain active. To archive all active prescriptions for that veterinarian, deactivate their license as well.
