The Corporate Portal interface is designed to support business insights and oversight for corporate partners managing multiple veterinary practice accounts. It allows corporate administrators to manage their account at the corporate level and support individual practices within their organization.
Functionality includes:
- Single access point for all locations
- Easy reporting and data access
- Location oversight and management
- Partnership and communications tools
- Marketing calendar providing visibility to promotions and marketing
Using the Corporate Portal
Upon login, you will land on a dashboard. Select Home at any time to return here.
Use the dashboard tiles and left menu to navigate the following resources:
- Corporate Management:
- Reporting: Aggregated monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, available by the 10th business day of each month
- Portal Users: Manage user access to the Corporate Portal
- Location-Specific Management: the Location List Provides access to view and manage settings for individual practices within your organization, including users, monthly reports, and client accounts.
You also have access to the Marketing Calendar and additional Resources via the left navigation menu, and My Account details via the icon in the upper right.
