For some practices, email notifications are a convenient way to stay on top of pending client requests. If enabled, an email will be sent each time a new request is generated for your practice's approval. The email address to which this sends can be set by a Settings Administrator at the practice level.
To enable, go to Practice Settings via the left navigation menu.
Notification Email Address can be found at the bottom of the Practice Details module. If the Notification Email Address says OFF, your practice will not receive email notifications for pending client requests.
To enable, select the Notification Email Address field to edit and toggle Approval Notifications Active to ON.
Enter the email address at which your practice would like to receive notifications. One email address can be designated per practice.
Select the green checkmark to save your changes.
Once enabled, you will receive an email for each new pending request. Emails will send from practicesupport@covetrus.com with the subject line “Alert for [Veterinarian]: New client request from [Client]”.
You will receive one email when the request is received and a reminder email if the request sits for longer than 30 days.
