vRxPro provides practice users the ability to add a note to the client's prescription notification email. Known as the Notes to Client field, it can be found and edited:
- On the Prescription Pad when you got to create, approve, or renew a script
- When you decline a pending request
There are many reasons to include a note to your clients. Common examples include:
- A personal greeting
- A coupon code your client can apply to their purchase
- Follow-up instructions
- A reason for declining their order request
Creating Note Shortcuts
What if you find that you often use the same note for many different clients? Rather than retyping them each time, using the Notes to Client shortcut allows you to save commonly used notes for future use.
From the prescription pad, type the desired note into the Notes to Client section. Once you are satisfied with your note, click the Save as Shortcut button below.
Your note will pre-populate in the Note* sidebar that slides out — all that's left to do is add a Label* to title your new shortcut. Click Add Shortcut to save.
The shortcut option will also appear when declining pending requests.
Saved Shortcuts Master List
To access all saved shortcuts, go to Settings and then Manage Shortcuts. Shortcuts can be edited, deleted, and created by all practice users.
Both Notes to Client and SIG shortcuts appear on this table, differentiated by their type in the far-right column. Searching the page will look at both the label and instructional text. You can also toggle your search by type using the filter buttons to the right of the search bar.
