vRxPro® User passwords can be reset by the user themselves or by a User Administrator.

Resetting a User’s Password
User Administrators can trigger a password reset on behalf of any user at their practice.
To reset a user’s password:
- Go to Practice Settings and select User Management from the left navigation menu.
- Locate the user’s account and click on their Name.
- Navigate to the User Details card and click the Reset Password button.
The user will receive an email with instructions on how to update their password.
Resetting Your Own Password
There are two ways to reset your password:
My Account
To reset your password if you are already logged in to vRxPro:
- Click on your initials in the top right corner and select My Account.
- Navigate to the User Details card and click the Reset Password button.
Log-In Screen
If you are unable to login to your vRxPro account, you can use the Forgot Password link.
To reset your password from the login screen:
- From the vRxPro login page, click Forgot password?
- Enter your user email address and click Send.
Creating a New Password
Once you have triggered a new password, you will receive an email from Covetrus Single Sign-On.
- Click Confirm.
- Enter your New Password and click Reset Password.
Passwords must be at least eight characters long and contain at least three of the following:
- Lower case letters (a-z)
- Upper case letters (A-Z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
A good password should be memorable to you, but not obvious. Never share your password with anyone.
